But all too often we have students and adults who don't feel that important connection. This session is all about proactive ways to ensure those 'ghosts' feel seen, heard, and loved.

*How to give meaningful recognition to adults and students to ensure they feel valued and part of their school’s culture
*How to lead your school with a culture focused on relationships, academics, and excellence
