Program Coordinator will send notification of accepted proposals by October 15, 2018
Presenters agree to the possibility of videotaping and photography of presentation for ICA marketing needs.
ALL PRESENTERS AGREE TO REGISTER FOR 2018 SUPER CONFERENCE.
Submission of this form means no additional changes need to be made to program.

A professional head shot quality photograph in jpeg. format must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org to complete submission.
Participation in our Graduate Student Poster Presentations allows opportunity for current research to be evaluated and displayed as well as to receive feedback from professionals across the state. This is a poster competition for graduate and doctoral level students.
*NOTE: Submission of this proposal constitutes acceptance of all conditions and terms listed below, INCLUDING A REQUIREMENT OF CONFERENCE REGISTRATION.
**Please, no more than 4 presenters per poster presentation.**
Every participant will be recognized at the awards luncheon, but there are also three categories from which participants can be awarded. You will be judged according to three categories of awards:
