Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) is an evidence-based practice developed by Dr. Sheila Eyberg for treating children with conduct issues between the ages of 2 and 7 years old. Conduct issues appear in many different diagnoses including Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Conduct Disorder, PTSD, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and many others.
What Participants will gain from this workshop:
* Teach the participant about the benefits and research supporting PCIT
* Identify specific procedures for working with both parents and children, that will improve their ability to work with attachment issues, trauma, and various behavioral concerns
* Acquire skills on how to implement techniques in session which follow the PCIT model
$50 per Registrant
