Lynn Stadler, MA, MFT.
Lynn Stadler, MA, MFT, Founding Member of the Violet Solomon Oaklander Foundation Lynn Stadler is a Gestalt psychotherapist living in Santa Barbara, California. She received her Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. She is also a graduate of the Santa Barbara Gestalt Training Center’s three-year program (1994-1997). Lynn completed advanced training with Gestalt Training Associates of Los Angeles (GATLA) in 1999-2000, and she completed intensive training with the Violet Oaklander Institute in the Summer of 2000. After her initial training there, Lynn continued learning the Oaklander Model via group and private supervision with Dr. Oaklander. Lynn has assisted Dr. Oaklander in multiple trainings and is a founding member of the Violet Solomon Oaklander Foundation (www.vsof.org), a non-profit corporation created to further the work of Dr. Oaklander, eminent child and adolescent psychotherapist and trainer, and author of Windows to Our Children, and Hidden Treasure: A Map to the Child’s Inner Self. Lynn offers workshops, seminars, and Gestalt Therapy training programs for social service agencies, universities and other teaching organizations worldwide. In 2010 and 2011 she offered US trainings in Santa Barbara, Malibu, San Francisco and Portland; and international trainings in Kyrgyzstan, Slovenia, and Russia. In addition to her work as a teacher, case consultant, and trainer, Lynn is a licensed MFT, Marriage Family Therapist – and works in private practice with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and people with developmental disabilities. She is very active in the Violet Solomon Oaklander Foundation, and is currently the organization’s Director of Media Relations. Lynn is a long-time member of AAGT – the Association for the Advancement of Gestalt Therapy, and is the AAGT Regional Contact Person (RCP) for the Southwest USA..

Dr. Don Locke
is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the School of Education Dean at Mississippi College, in Clinton Mississippi. Don has worked in higher education for 35 years. he has also served as a school Counselor and as a coach. His dedication to Counseling Education and to the Counseling profession are evident.
Locke received his bachelor's degree in history, English and secondary education at MC. He earned his master's in counseling at MC and doctorate in higher education from the University of Mississippi.
