The ICA Leadership Development Institute is a collaborative effort of ICA and its Divisions to provide leadership training for its officers, chairs, and emerging leaders.
Leadership Development refers to any activity that enhances the quality of leadership within an individual or organization.
We welcome you to join us. Help us make ICA the organization that Idaho Counselors can rely on and trust to be advocates for the profession, provide excellence in continuing education, and encouraging growth and self-care for the practicing individual.
The purpose of the Institute is to develop:
Leadership development expands the capacity of individuals to perform in leadership roles within organizations. Leadership roles are those that facilitate execution of a company's strategy through building alignment, winning mindshare and growing the capabilities of others.
