The purpose of the ICA Leadership Development Institute (LDI) is to provide leadership training for its officers, chairs, and emerging leaders.

Leadership Development refers to any activity that enhances the quality of leadership within an individual or organization.

LDI's mission is to develop:

Leadership development expands the capacity of individuals to perform in leadership roles within organizations. Leadership roles are those that facilitate execution of a company's strategy through building alignment, winning mindshare and growing the capabilities of others.

We welcome you to join us!  Help us make ICA the organization that Idaho Counselors can rely on and trust to be advocates for the profession, provide excellence in continuing education, and encouraging growth and self-care for the practicing individual. This event is FREE for members or $50 for non-members.  It includes breakfast snacks, coffee and beverages and a catered lunch.
